To connect with the MESD-provided school nurse at Richmond, please call the school office at 503-916-6220, ext. 76170. School nurses work at multiple schools each week with varying schedules. Richmond's nurse is scheduled with us on Tuesdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Toby Barrow, our MESD Student Health Assistant, is scheduled with us every day from 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM.

When should I keep my child home from school?

If your child exhibits any of the below symptoms, please keep him or her home from school until your child has been symptom-free for 24 hours WITHOUT the use of fever-reducing drugs (for example, acetaminophen, Advil, Motrin, Tylenol, ibuprofen, or aspirin). If your child develops these symptoms while at school, your child will need to be picked up from school.

Vomiting and /or Diarrhea
Fever of 100.5 or higher
Colored (yellow/green) drainage from nose, eyes, or ears
Rash or unusual skin color, with or without fever
Skin lesions or sores that are weepy or pus-filled

養護教諭は、毎週火曜日午前８時から午後４時まで本校に勤務しており、連絡をご希望の際は事務室までお電話下さい。本校養護アシスタントの Toby Barrow は毎週月〜金曜日の午前７時４５分から午後２時30分まで本校にて勤務しております。
